We are currently looking for the following positions:

You will be responsible for:

* Managing a client portfolio independently
* Completing bookkeeping of clients’ accounts up to the preparation of the balance sheet and tax return
* Advising clients on tax, accounting and legal matters

Who we’re looking for?

You have a degree in accounting (DCG or DSCG) and are fluent in English (required). Some experience in a similar position, ideally in an accounting firm, would be very interesting.

You are dynamic, motivated and eager to progress, you are rigorous in your work and your constant desire to do well makes you a real asset.

You will be responsible for the following tasks under the supervision of the accountant:

* General and day-to-day assistance to the accountant in the management of his/her client portfolio
* Accounting and salary entries
* Recording invoices: bank, suppliers, customers, cash registers
* Compulsory declarations (VAT, corporation tax, etc.)

Who we’re looking for?

You speak English and French and have some previous experience in accounting.

You will be responsible for running secretarial duties and accounting and tax tasks:

* Physical and telephone reception
* Drafting correspondence for the attention of the authorities and our clients
* Administrative support for employees
* Accounting and salary entries
* Registration of invoices: bank, suppliers, customers, cash registers
* Compulsory declarations (VAT, corporation tax, etc.)

Also, legal secretarial tasks will be required.

Who we’re looking for?

You have a good level of English, you have a good knowledge of accounting and administrative management procedures, you are known for your ability to work in a team, to listen and to follow instructions. You are comfortable with speaking and writing and have a good ability to adapt to different business software.

Enthusiastic, motivated and curious, you are rigorous in your work.
