Dear customers,
As from July 1st, 2023, sending payslips via e-mails will be forbidden.
Indeed, to go towards a full digital payslip system, the law has evolved on January 1st, 2017, where employers can digitalize payslips.
Thus, in order to meet those new norms (Decree n°2016-1762) and to respect the CNILs recommendations (in which they confirmed the ban of sending documents with clear personal data via public communication means), your accounting firm is now obliged to evolve towards a full digital solution.
Hence, the following will be introduced:
- A free-of-charge personal “digital safe” for you and all your employees;
- A new employer space (DeskRH) allows you to store all your employees’ payslips; and from there, you will be able to distribute them directly into their new digital safe (eDocPerso).
As from now and to better prevent any future issues, we will ask you to:
- Send the PDF document “EdocPerso – Employee Information” (English version) and/or “EdocPerso – Informations salariés” (French version) to your employees;
- Send us all of your employees’ private e-mails (important as we need them to set up their digital safe), before the next pay cycle;
- Create your employer account, with the login e-mails we will send to you shortly. To help, we have created a tutorial document, explaining step-by-step how to create your employer account. You can read it in its English version, or in its French version.
