COVID-19: New exceptional financial aid from CPSTI

Covid19 - 20201113 - New aid from CPSTI

We would like to inform you that the CPSTI is allocating new financial support to the self-employed. Contrary to the first confinement, this is not automatic and is reserved for companies that have been subject to an administrative closure since November 2nd, 2020.

It is also specified that the fact of having switched to “click and collect”, take-away or delivery, does not mean that they are no longer eligible for aid.

This aid is aimed at self-employed workers in general, with a variation on the conditions and amounts of aid for self-employed persons.

1/ Craftsmen, traders and liberal professions

The amount of the aid is set at €1000, and in addition to the administrative closure, the conditions of access are as follows:

  • To be affiliated before 1 January 2020;
  • To have already made a contribution payment;
  • To be up to date with their contributions on 31/12/2019 or in the process of settling a payment schedule;
  • Not be the subject of a forced collection procedure (bailiff, ex officio taxation, etc.);
  • Not to have benefited from assistance for contributors in difficulty.

2/ Self-employed persons

The amount of aid is set here at €500. As in the case mentioned above, in addition to the administrative closure, the conditions of access are :

  • To have achieved a 2019 turnover of at least €1000;
  • To be affiliated before 1 January 2020;
  • To be up to date with their contributions on 31/12/2019 or in the process of settling a payment schedule;
  • Not be the subject of a forced collection procedure (bailiff, ex officio taxation, etc.);
  • Not to have benefited from assistance for contributors in difficulty;
  • Have self-employment as their main activity.
