Since 2020, FBA has proved to be a reliable and friendly source of advice and assistance on a range of French tax and self-employment issues. My wife and I have worked internationally for many years in the USA and France, and more recently we returned to the UK. At every step, FBA has patiently guided us through the various steps and, where we have presented international tax challenges beyond the expertise of the practice, Carla has helpfully recommended alternative professional advisors. Above all, we have the sense of being looked after by a team who care deeply about giving the best possible service to clients, at a price which puts the fee structures of ‘big’ accountancy firms to shame. The lovely staff at FBA have been fantastic from day one. Jennifer took care of everything when I moved my freelance translation business to France. Most importantly, she manages my tax returns and invoicing questions with patience and skill. She is always there to help and offer sound advice, and has immense expertise. She and the whole staff are lovely, reliable people. The fact that they speak great English is a real asset. I am so glad we found FBA when we moved back to France – they really make my working life so much easier!

I’ve been working with FBA since 2017 and they have helped me greatly with navigating the complexities of French accounting and tax bureaucracy. Our relationship began with them guiding me through a dreaded tax audit and they were there with me every step of the way. I have been dealing with the same person since the beginning and I can usually expect timely responses to my many email questions.
